@Kathi_at_Intuit Why haven't y'all fixed the issue with copies, backups, and transferring data? We have work we can't access because we cannot transfer it in.
Hi @bigburg We understand how frustrating this has been. For the most up-to-date information, EasyACCT Support may be the best equipped to assist.
We don't have any updates right now, except the one that was just posted, but we'll let the Community know as soon as we have any release updates to share.
I have talked to support at least 4 times or more since January about back ups and restoring a company, needless to say we are still having the same problem. Support cannot help, there is a problem within the program that needs fixed. Trying to work around all of these issues is ridiculous.
