Hello!

EasyACCT Release 2025.2.13 is now live! With the current 2025.2.13 release, the following items have been fixed:

  • EasyAcct 2025 FL W2 pg2 cutting of cents
  • 2025 EasyACCT Persistent "Loading" Overlay on Transaction Entry Screen
  • EasyACCT 2025 Clicking Renumber on Custom financial template breaks the custom template
  • EasyAcct Detailed Reports Error Code Zero and/or Program crashes
  • EasyACCT Accounts Receivable Customer Transaction Report results in error 0

We are still getting error 0 when running detailed payroll journals. We have tried to run it 3 times and have received the same error each time. I would like to note that we are only seeing this error on multi-departmental accounts.

Limited testing yesterday on a separate machine, the automatic posting is certainly quicker. Not as fast as it used to be, but a good bit quicker.

Will post as I test further.

I'm still using the 2024/2025 program but restored one company into the latest update just to see if it works.  The A/P module generated 146 automatic invoices that expired in 2021.  We still can't access A/R customers by entering the first numbers or letters of the customer ID.  That's as far as I got.

My companies will NOT backup and will NOT copy over to another directory.

It still locks up after entering the first payroll check.

It still locks up at any given time and kicks out of the software.

Goodness gracious people...........can't you get this right?  What exactly is all the problem? 

This is still beyond UNACCEPTABLE.  I request we all receive at least a partial refund for all the problems this has caused in a very critical time of the year.

We are still struggling with copying, backing up (only works when restoring to new directory), transferring does not work at all..... we are exhausted please help ... sigh.  Losing random bank rec also

Yes we are still having problems with the program not being able to access the data files. It works one week then when I go to do payroll the next week it will not open. Also, if I restore it from a previous version there's at least 1 week, if not multiple weeks of payroll, deleted out of the program. I have to waste time keying that back in so the YTD totals will be correct. Also, the program is still very slow in processing. I have turned off the automatic posting option completely & it seems better but still quite slow for some of the simple things the program is supposed to do.
