Among the countless errors, when I try to backup EasyAcct it tells me the system still has the file open, waits a moment and then makes a backup file that is incomplete and useless.
Considering EasyAcct only keeps 1 prior year and the current losing all prior work is absolutely unacceptable.

My backup and restore are completely useless. When you go on to a new version, it backs up the company but who knows where that backup goes. I can't figure it out.
