25-26 Easyacct company Wizard not working, how to create new files with Custom Financial statement design

Easyacct 25-26 is not allowing me to copy my Sample LLC Custom financial statement design into another file.  My sample LP and C Corp and S corp financial statement designs are copying thru company wizard.  However majority of new companies are LLCs and that just wont copy  thru wizard.  i made a new sample LLC file and customized the financial statements and that still wont copy into other new LLC files thru company wizard.

need custom financial statements in my new files and cant type the whole set up in each new file.

whats the solution as have spent at least 30 hours over 6 weeks and 10+ calls to absolutely useless EasyACCT tech support

If you have last the 2024-2025 version on another computer and have that sample company backed up before converting to the 2025-2026 version, can you create it on the old version, do a backup then restore it into the computer with the 2025-2026 version?   That's how I've managed to get things done this year.

unfortunately we dont have 24 25 on any machine and all files have been updated to 25 26 version

weird part is that custom financial statement design will transfer into new files from my sample lp, s corp and C corp,  

just wont transfer from any new file i create.  even if i type in the custom statement design code!
