After installing the latest version, at the top it should now read 2020/2021 Version, correct?
Ours reads 2019/2020?

Can not process paychecks. Downloaded 2021 version, but there is no 2021?
After you download the new 2020/21 Program, then you have to "Run" the program in order to install it to your computer.
