It would be great if the functionality was there to do that. If there's one thing I hate more than "hitting the button" on a $500,000 extension payment it's wondering whether the account or routing # may have accidentally been changed after I inputted it (and after I stared at it for 90 seconds).
Sure, if you are using last year's #s the characters appear in black, but not so if it's new for the current year. If there was a way to lock it, I wouldn't have to spend those 90 seconds ever again!!!
