    Pleading with Support to end call on hold music. During these difficult times we are often on hold for hours. Please have mercy on the callers and end this torture.

    I think its not so much the music - but hearing it for soooo long and hearing the same music from another company

    I like their hold music lol, but agree it sucks if its hours on end
