Limited visibility to the data portion of input screens

There are two areas that limit visibility of the input screen:

1. The addition of the information bar on the right of input screens blocks the full view of the prior year data.

2.There is so much unused space at the top of input screens. Tightening this up would provide more visibility to the data entry portion of the screen.
