We have a good number of clients every year who accept the initial invitation to Intuit Link, partially complete the request, and then can't get back in later. They try searching Intuit Link, input their login information, and get the message that their accountant needs to invite them (even though they already successfully created an account previously). Clients can only seem to get to the right location by going back to the initial email and using the link in the original email.
It would be extremely useful if people could access their Intuit Link account by going to the Intuit Link website and logging in directly as opposed to digging through emails to find the original invitation.
Maybe I'm missing something, but it would save us a lot of time in back and forth with clients.
