Submitted by JoeTaxTN on 03-08-2024 03:00 PMeSignature Business dashboard is almost worthless - the name field shows the partner signing. But I have a dozen partnership where the same partner signs. Shows client number but who can remember them? How about giving the Business Name.
The Lacerte screens arent getting updated eSig status without going to the ESignature dashboard first.
The Docusign Email that the signing is completed - also doesn't show business name.
System needs to be more user friendly!!!
