I know this has been brought up before.
Can we get the appointment manager updated so it is easier to use and possibly can send text notifications as well as email. Maybe not to interact with clients fully but just to update them on their appointment time and/or return prep status.
I have asked about this for the past 25 years and i have always been told that "we are a tax software company, not an appointment software company".
this part of the software is overlooked every year. The whole program gets updated except this part.
