New My Account Experience … Reimagined!

You may have already heard the news that a reimagined My Account experience is coming soon for our Intuit® ProConnect™ Lacerte® and ProSeries® customers. We spent months speaking to hundreds of your peers, and are excited to announce that the first phase of an exciting journey is nearly complete. Our ultimate goal is to give you a personalized and easy-to-use website.

Look for the email in November, announcing that the new tax year software is ready, and your new My Account personalized dashboard and product download will be there when you click on the link. Here’s what you can expect to see:

• Intuitive navigation and more user friendly design
• Direct access to downloads and renewals from the homepage
• Mobile device enabled so you can view My Account on the go
• Faster page-load speeds
• Valuable content and training to help you run your practice more efficiently

This is just the beginning of the roadmap of improvements that we’re making over the next 12 to 18 months. We’re committed to rebuilding every piece of My Account functionality, and adding new features and powerful tools that make your My Account website a valuable destination to complement your desktop software.
