The first phase of our launch is complete, and we hope you are enjoying the new easy-to-use website, including a more user-friendly design, a mobile-friendly design and faster page-load speeds. As we rebuild every piece of My Account functionality, we will have a few more updates planned over the next few months. Here’s a preview of the changes you can expect: In January, we’ll introduce a new and improved training center, including a more user-friendly design and new training content. After the tax season ends in April, we’ll launch an upgraded renewal experience to make it even easier for you to renew your software for next year. We hope you are enjoying the new My Account experience. We welcome your feedback during this transition. Please leave us a comment below and let us know how we’re doing.
