We aim to serve you from the moment you consider our software—that’s where our experienced new customer consultants come in. With more than 120 years of combined experience serving tax professionals, our customer consultants have deep knowledge of best practices and trends within the tax profession, and serve as advisors who can help potential new customers optimize their time, improve their service offerings, and grow their business. In this blog series, we are spotlighting each of our new customer consultants. Today’s spotlight is on Ahmed Lotfy. Ahmed is based in Connecticut, where he enjoys hiking, playing soccer, and indulging in his self-proclaimed love for sneakers. He brings this same energy and enthusiasm to his work. When asked about why he enjoys working for Intuit, Ahmed explains that he loves helping tax professionals navigate the different options within the Intuit ecosystem, which helps tax pros streamline their processes, generate more revenue, and better serve their clients. For example, Ahmed has partnered with numerous new customers to help them transition their billing structure to a subscription-based model that incorporates tax preparation, tax planning, and advisory services. Ahmed says, “I’m always happy to help pros make the transition from billing hourly for their services to subscription pricing. For the new customers I’ve worked with, it’s helped them increase revenue, while simultaneously reducing the hours they work. They are now able to engage in more proactive conversations with their clients.” If you’re looking to streamline your workflow, increase revenue, and better serve your clients, our new customer consultant team is here to help. You can reach them at 888-869-5812.
