For tax year 2024 purchases:
ProConnect Tax purchases are valid for the specific tax year (TY) they are intended for, which runs from January 1st to December 31st. Your purchased tax returns for both individual and business clients are managed within a Tax Return Bank for that specific tax year.
- All ProConnect Tax returns are purchased for a specific tax year (January 1 - December 31).
- Unused tax returns from a purchased tax year remain accessible for preparing returns for that same tax year for up to 3 calendar years following the end of the purchased tax year, or until all returns are used.
- If you run out of returns in a prior tax year's bank, you can use returns from the current tax year's bank for those prior year returns. However, returns from a prior or the current tax year cannot be used for future tax years.
- Intuit has no obligation to refund all or part of the purchase price for prior purchases of ProConnect Tax or unused returns.
- ProConnect Tax returns are credited to the Customer Account Number that purchased them and cannot be transferred to other Intuit accounts.
- Refund requests take 5-7 business days to process.
Review the Terms of Service for more information.
