Pennsylvania Schedule SP in ProConnect Tax

Pennsylvania's Schedule SP is automatically generated based on the eligibility requirement from the Schedule SP instructions. Entries that can impact this form, can be found in the following screens:

• Option #1:
  1. From the Input Return tab, go to General ⮕ Miscellaneous Info./Direct Deposit.
  2. Go to the PA tab at the top of the input screen. 
  3. Scroll down to the Pennsylvania Miscellaneous section.
  4. Check the box If the taxpayer is a dependent on another's return, the person, on whose the taxpayer is a dependent, qualify for tax forgiveness if applicable.
• Option #2:
  1. From the Input Return tab, go to State and Local ⮕ Other Credits ⮕ PA Credits.
  2. Various entries are available under the Schedule SP section.
