Getting started with Intuit Link in ProConnect Tax

This article provides a full walkthrough of Intuit Link for ProConnect Tax:
Step 1: Invite your clients to use Intuit Link.
Before the taxpayer can access Intuit Link, you'll need to invite them. See How to invite a client to Intuit Link using ProConnect for steps. This article also shows you how to troubleshoot if the taxpayer didn't receive the email.
Step 2: Taxpayer uses Intuit Link to answer questionnaire and upload documents.
Once you invite the taxpayer, they will need to click on the link in the email to setup their account or sign in. This activates the two way communication between you and the taxpayer.

Step 3: Access client responses and import documents into the tax return.
