Restoring a backup in Rightworks for Intuit Hosting

Rightworks makes backups every night around 11 PM Eastern time. Those backups are kept for 90 days.

To have a backup restored, you'll need to call for assistance.

Backups from the last 30 days normally get restored right away. For older backups up to 90 days old, it can take 1–2 business days for the backup to be restored.
