Microsoft has announced that Windows 10 will reach end of support on October 14, 2025. See the Microsoft information here. Due to this change, the 2025 product will not install on Windows 10. See the system requirements below for supported operating system information:
| Operating system | Windows 11 OS X 10.11 or later |
| Internet connection | A high-speed connection such as DSL, cable, or broadband. |
| Web browser | A recently updated version of Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Safari for Mac version 12.1 or later. |
