How to add a primary password for DMS user rights

Follow these steps to set a primary password to protect DMS user rights:
- From the Tools menu, and select Options.
- Go to the General tab.
- Locate the Primary Password for the User Rights section.
- Click the Set Password button.
- Enter the new Password and type it again in Verify Password.
- Click OK to set the password.
- Click OK to close the Options window.
Follow these steps to change a primary password:
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Go to the General tab.
- Locate the Primary Password for the User Rights section.
- Click the Set Password button.
- Enter the Old Password.
- Enter the New Password box and type it again in the Verify Password.
- Click OK to set the password.
- Click OK to close the Options window.
Follow these steps to remove a primary password:
- From the Tools menu, select Options.
- Go to the General tab.
- Locate the Primary Password for the User Rights section.
- Click the Clear Password button.
- Enter the Password you want to remove.
- Click OK to set the password.
- Click OK to close the Options window.
