Have you confirmed your residency status? According to the Form Instructions, non-residents are not required to pay taxes on Interest, Dividends, and Capital Gains. Therefore, if these items are missing from your line, it may be due to your non-resident status. Residency can be verified on Screen 1 - Client Information.
