How to delete users in ProConnect Tax

Deleting a user is a permanent action.

1. Go to Settings in the upper-right corner.
2. Select Manage and invite users.
3. Select the ellipsis icon […] on the table for the user you want to delete, then select Delete.
4. You will be prompted with Are you sure you want to delete this user? If yes, click Delete User.
   • Alternatively, you can go to the Edit user page for the user you want to delete, then scroll to the bottom of the page and select Delete user.
