Packages and add-ons for Intuit Hosting

Before you start:

• Apps listed are for access to the programs in the hosted environment only. You will need a license for the product unless noted otherwise.
• Supported apps may change due to performance or security concerns.
• Pricing may change, but subscribers will be notified in advance if that happens.
• * Indicates an app is manually installed by the Rightworks Provisioning Team which can take up to 3 business days and may require additional information. They will contact the Account Owner via email once installation is requested by choosing to install one.

Intuit offers Solo, Business, Advanced, and Premium tiers for the Intuit Hosting service. The same tier must be ordered for all hosting users (you won't be able to have some users on one tier and others on a different tier).

Apps that are not available:

Some apps are not available in the hosted environment. The following are ones that are frequently asked about:

• Adobe Acrobat for Enterprise and all versions of Adobe where a license is entered to use are not supported.
• Cloud storage applications including Dropbox, Mega, and Google Drive won't work in the environment; however, the website versions can be used.
• Faxing applications: At this time no faxing apps are supported. Web-based faxing services such as fax.com or efax.com can be used.
• Firefox
