Adding or removing users from your subscription
Important: Deleting a user from your Rightworks AppHub will not cease billing. However, when reducing the users for your Intuit Hosting subscription, it is important to delete the user who will no longer be using the environment, or remove them from the package.
To add or remove users from your subscription, see this article for self-service instructions or call customer service for assistance. These changes can take up to 24 business hours to take effect in Rightworks.

Canceling your Intuit Hosting subscription
Important: You will only have access to the data you uploaded to Rightworks for 90 days after canceling your subscription.
To cancel your service, call customer service for assistance.

Reactivating your Rightworks subscription
Note: This can take up to 24 business hours to process after payment is received.
To reactivate your service, if your hosting service has only been shut off for a few days, see this article for self-service instructions or call customer service for assistance.
If it has been more than 15 days since you had hosting, call 1-844-818-5400 or reach out to your Sales Agent.
What version of ProSeries product(s) are needed for Intuit Hosting?
For ProSeries, Basic is not supported in the hosted environment; Professional is required. Accounts with Intuit Hosting will also need a current year active ProSeries Network Version if they will have 2 or more hosting users.
