Download client responses and documents from Intuit Link

This article will help you download your client's Intuit Link responses and documents. You can then save the information to your computer or document management system. Tax data collected through Intuit Link cannot be imported directly into a tax return.

To download documents your taxpayer sent:

1. Sign in to Intuit Link.
2. Locate the client, and click on their name.
3. Press Download all files (.zip file).

Your browser will download all documents that your client uploaded to Link as a zip file. Once you extract (or unzip) the file, you can view, save, or print the documents.

To download your client's responses:

You can print the client's responses using your browser's Print function, but that may return undesired results.  We recommend saving the responses to a .csv file for printing.

1. Sign in to Intuit Link.
2. Locate the client, and click on their name.
3. Press Download responses (.csv file).

Your browser will download a .csv file of your client's responses that you can open in Excel or as you would any other spreadsheet. You can print the responses or save them to your document management system.
