Generate Oregon Individual form OR-EF in Lacerte

Lacerte uses the Federal PIN method for e-file signature authorization by default per Oregon, if this method is used the EF form is not needed.

There is an override available to force the form to print:

1. Navigate to Screen 4.1, e-file PIN Main Form
2. Scroll to the Oregon Paperless Filing Signature section.
3. Check the box Force Printing of OR Form EF (code 156)
