Change or update your primary email address for ProSeries

If you're the primary contact on the account, follow these steps to update the email address on file:

  1. Sign in to My Account.
  2. From the top of the screen, select Account ⮕ Firm Name.
  3. Click the Edit icon to the right of Account details.
  4. To change your primary email, enter the correct email address into the Email field.
  5. Make sure that the phone numbers are correct while on this screen, and update them, if necessary.
  6. Click the Save button.
  7. The address will show under Firm Details. A confirmation email will also be sent.
