Form 4547: The responsible party phone number must contain exactly 10 digits. Please verify the phone number in Client Information or enter an override phone number on the Form 4547 input screen. (ref. #61827)

Form 4547 input requires you to use either the Taxpayer or Spouse as the responsible party (and defaults to the taxpayer as the responsible party). Double check that you have a 10 digit phone number in the client information screen for the taxpayer and that the "Daytime Telephone #" is linked to the correct phone # (Home/work/mobile). If you've made the Spouse the responsible party, double check that you have a 10 digit phone number for them.
