There is informational diagnostic for some counties to add the 1% surtax to the existing percentage. ref# 59421. This has to be overwritten to match to Iowa's surtax rates that I obtained from the Iowa Department of Revenue to be in compliance with their Emergency Medical Services 1% increase.
