When this is for Oregon in a consolidated S-Corp filing you have to uncheck it in the subs and then check it on just the consolidated file. This will then remove the critical diagnostic from OR and allow the e-file. However, you then have to reverse that to allow the other states to e-file. I recommend filing OR after you have filed the other states.
