Just purchased a new dell computer. Have spent 3 days and 20 hours with Lacerte tech support....all the way up to "Master". Cannot figure out the problem.
Has anyone had this type of problem???
Is my new computer faulty?
They claim it "may" be a permissione issue and I need to hire a tech person.
I am sooooo frustrated and getting absolutely nowhere. Could my new computer be faulty.
ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS????
