I am having this same problem.  I have tried to manually attach a pdf of the form K-1 and I have tried to do it through the drop down menu.  Neither appear to work to resolve the critical diagnostic.  

 

When I use the drop down menu, it tells me the file is corrupted and cannot be attached.  Has anyone been able to resolve this?
