We absolutely need a checkbox, or some way to mark that a document in the list is complete. I have clients who send everything and properly label very little. Sometimes, I have to open 20-30+files to find out whether I definitely did get them all. A highlight/checkbox/drag and drop to a completed area, or anything that would indicate the document's status would be great. In my opinion, this is kind of a bare minimum. Even a little way to flag would do.
