As a CPA, I can calculate what should be on a return. When entry to ProConnect does not give me what should be, I call Help. But Help is essentially a Level 1 person. If that person cannot find the answer of why something calculates as it does in ProConnect or offer a better place to enter data for a situation, there is nowhere to go. They say, "Call in again." But all I get is another Level 1 person with the same lack of knowledge. We need a way to escalate a matter to a more informed, more technical help person.

My specific problem today, where I can get no answer from ProConnect Help, has to do with sale of rental property where the property a) miscalculates the final year's depreciation and b) adds a phantom asset which also is shown depreciating (but not sold) but should not exist at all.
