There are two issues with the 1098 import - one is a minor annoyance - the other is serious
SERIOUS
On at least two returns where I expect the client to get a refund... they owed. Digging around I found an amount I never entered in "Other income." When you click the plus sign you see this:
That throws everything off big time. Please fix.
ANNOYING BEHAVIOR
When it works the mortgage import uses the description: "Please provide your mortgage interest statement for personal mortgage interest." This should simply mention the lender's name. It's very confusing when there are two loans.
