The ProConnect client letters still use a shaded border and a typewriter-style font, which makes them look dated. Could we update the font and remove the border for a cleaner, more modern appearance? Adding a firm logo and a signature down the road would be great as well, but starting with the basics would make a big difference. This is a key deliverable to our clients, and the current look doesn’t reflect well on the final product.
