I frequently have to deactivate erroneous "clients" that Intuit automatically adds to my client list in ProConnect and/or QBO.

- The same client name gets added two, three+ times, with additional characters added. Don't know why.

- Vendors from my QBO appear as a tax client in ProConnect.

- Mock clients (for training) from ProConnect appear as clients in QBO.

I probably have more inactive clients than active ones. This creates work for me and wastes my time.

ProConnect automatically adds clients from my own QuickBooks bookkeeping. For example, I must have accidentally added AAA as a customer rather than a vendor, and ProConnect automatically added it as a client to my ProConnect.

It also creates second and third clients from the same client name, adding numbers or letters after the client name when it creates the duplicate.

It does the same in reverse also, taking any tax return name and adding it to my QuickBooks clients, more than once, adding characters after the name.

And of course, you can't delete them, you can only make them inactive.

It's very invasive and annoying. I'll soon have more inactive clients than active.
