Please can we create an IT-360.1 (Change of City Residency Status) for the spouse alone, without it having to be a joint form. Currently am unable to e-file for NYS due to this restriction in ProConnect. I want to be able to generate an IT-360.1 for the spouse, without having the lead taxpayer name on the form.
