As previously suggested:
Please consider adding Form 8858 Information Return of U.S. Persons With Respect to ForeignDisregarded Entities (FDEs) and Foreign Branches (FBs).
We are continually forced to use outside software to prepare returns needing this form.
It's more helpful to vote for the existing suggestion than it is to start a new post.
Thx for your input. But the previous suggestion was closed so I wanted to bring it up again. do you prepare 8858s?
I don't use the forms but I did try adding a vote and it worked just fine so it isn't closed.
