Please allow to check multiple boxes on Form 1041 Section A as the IRS instructions state.

For example, Complex and ESBT boxes should be allowed to be checked at the same time.

Thanks for the idea to allow to check multiple checkboxes on Form 1041 section A. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it is no longer considered "New".
