I am having issues with the amount due for the Ohio Individual Income Tax showing on the Voucher as zero even when there is tax due. You would think it would be a simple process for that one line on the Ohio tax return to flow to the payment coupon. The input screen shows that the amount due will be the default; however, that is not proving true for me. The input screen also provides a field that should allow me to overwrite the correct amount, but that does not work either. After 40 minutes with support, I was told to create my own payment coupon manually. People, that is not what I paid for.
Thanks for the idea to automate and edit the amount due on the OH voucher. We are changing the status to "Open for voting" since it has been around for over 30 days and no longer considered "New".
