This is a Serious Problem for our firm as well! With no way to set this when adding a client or change it, the client type is wrong atleast 50% of the time. Why can this not be changed?? I have contacted support with QuickBooks Online as well as Proconnect multiple times and they do not have a way of fixing this either!! The work arounds they are instructed to give users is not a viable option and their hands are tied after that. I have faith in the fact that the back-end engineers and technicians for Intuit can change this. We are begging that you do so.
