Please update the client portal to allow creation of general folders under the client's document section THAT DOES NOT PERTAIN to any specific year. Currently, the client portal is split into years starting from 2017, therefore there is no option to upload general documents to a NON specific year.
For example, under the clients account in the document section, I have to first select a year to create folders. Instead, I should have the option to create general folders without having to enter a specific year for general documents. These are general documents that do not pertain to any specific year.
Thanks for the idea to create a folder for client that does not pertain to a certain year. We are changing the status to "Open for voting".
