On several forms we have to include the social security number of the person along with the name. Presently if you hit the drop down box all you get are options such as "applied for" or ITIN etc.
Form affected would be like the 8863, 2441 etc.
When we need a name and social security number of a taxpayer or dependent, why can we not have a drop down box with that dependents name and social security numbers. This is available in other Intuit tax products.
I have to leave the form and go to the client or dependent information and copy and paste the social security number into the appropriate area. If you can do this in TurboTax, you certainly can do this in a professional program.
