Or you could move to the West Coast so your work times mesh better with Intuit's.  There are people overseas that use the software.  Should Intuit adjust their support time accordingly?  It's not a perfect world so we just have to adjust accordingly.  Instead of waiting to call support, you could have tried posting your issue here.  Sometimes the answers provided here are more accurate than those provided by support.  And sometimes we can't help so you actually do need to call support but it's worth a shot to post first, call later.   

As a side note, don't sit by your computer waiting for an e-mail response because nobody from Intuit is going to acknowledge your request.
