We got confirmation from NY you can do it if your "non-farm" business has lass than $250k in net income and less than 1.5m in reciepts, NY receipts and at least 1 employee. However it all needs to be done manually, as lacerte is not doning it.  And it maybe seems like we are asking a lot from lacerte because there a lot of requirements on this.
