Can MN have a two-year comparative form? I see other states have them.

It's been asked for in the past without any results, but I'll throw my penny into the wishing well since they really aren't worth anything these days anyway.

Au contraire, copper pennies are worth 4 cents today.  But here are the demographics:  That feature is available for California (population 39 million) and New York (20 million).  But it's unlikely to be added to the 22nd largest state, Minnesota (6 million).

And that's why I said I would waste a penny (or 4 cents) because I know it is as likely to happen as a 5227 to suddenly show up.
