When we tried to file extensions for clients we would occasionally get a notice that an extension was already filed by another. No one in our firm filed it and we don't have a status indicator of a rejection. From what I have gathered by Customer Service, this only happens when another firm also using an Intuit product has filed an extension.
What I want is a change in status showing something to the effect of "Filed by other Intuit User" rather than Accepted or Rejected or Blank. Right now we have no way to track them if we don't go and change it ourselves and to be honest we are not looking in another column on 3/15 or 4/15.
