Even a temporary contract position, might correct the error in the MA form 1 entry, line 14a, that's been there for several years now.
14a. "Enter the total qualified rend paid...."
Okay, so this line doesn't show on the printed tax form, just line 14 ("Rental deduction"). Still, after letting several years go by without fixing this, not a compliment for ProSeries' priority for accuracy on the user-side?
Now if I wanted to quibble further, I'd wonder why 'Short-term' is inconsistently capitalized in line 7 for the smart worksheet for line 16, or on D-IS worksheet, what a "throug" ....and "Massachusetts-based star-up corporation" mean. But these are smart worksheets, maybe they just ran out of letters.
