Please consider including the Payer's copy C with the 1099 forms that we print. As of now we have the State and Recipient copies, but since we are a business doing the work for clients, we need to provide them a copy for their records.
All of the copies of the 1099 provide the same info so why not just print an extra copy of what you already have? Just a suggestion since you will most likely not see the idea implemented in your lifetime.
That is true. It is for the professionalism of having the proper clients copy when we are providing a service for customers. Your vote would still be much appreciated. 🙂
